Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects
• Functional issues in electronic components
• Complimentary remote service support is provided, and on-site support will be arranged if required.

Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Physical damage, water damage, fire damage
• Incorrect installation by unauthorized personnel
• Damage due to collisions, welding, drilling, or electrical surges
• Wear-and-tear items and consumables

Spare Parts

• Parts damaged due to external reasons must be purchased separately.
• Replacement parts may have independent warranty terms.

• Report issue via call or email.
• Remote diagnosis attempted.
• Replacement/repair arranged if required.
• Technician travel & accommodation charges apply for onsite visits.

AMC is available after warranty expiry and includes:

• Preventive maintenance
• Calibration and inspection
• On-site support depending on AMC tier
• Scheduled performance checks

AMC pricing depends on equipment quantity, site location, and maintenance requirements.
