These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, deliveries, and services provided by Iravon AI Tech Pvt. Ltd.
Pricing & Payment
All materials are provided strictly on Delivery Against Payment terms.
100% payment must be completed before dispatch of any products.
GST will be charged extra as per applicable HSN/SAC codes.
Shipping charges are additional and borne by the buyer.
Delivery & Lead Time
Standard lead time for dispatch is 4 weeks from receipt of PO and full payment.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and customization requirements.
Return & Replacement Policy
Returns are not applicable for any products.
Replacement or repair is provided only for verified manufacturing defects.
Damages arising from misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation are not covered.
Installation & Service
Installation charges depend on the number and type of sensors purchased, the total number of MHE to be installed, and the estimated working days required for completion.
Travel, accommodation, and site-visit charges are extra.
Remote support will be provided wherever possible.
Client Scope
The following activities must be arranged by the client:
Additional drilling, welding, or fabrication needed for installation
Availability of mounting surfaces and power sources
A trained vehicle technician must be present during installation, and the MHE should be handed over to the engineer for the required duration to complete the installation safely and accurately.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed and paid cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation—if accepted—will involve charges at the company’s discretion.
Liability
Iravon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from equipment misuse or unauthorized modifications.
The client is responsible for safe equipment operation and adherence to site safety protocols.
